Description of Modalities I use
Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage)
Like most Asian medicine techniques, Reiki uses the principal of Qi (Chi) meaning Life-force, which is universal and therefore present in all living things. Reiki involves the laying of hands onto or near the body in order to channel this universal life force energy into the recipient. It can help improve energy or accelerate/complement recovery whether is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. It is very powerful and effective, yet subtle and noninvasive.
Empathetic energy healing combines empathy and energy work to promote healing and balance in a person’s life. It involves understanding and connecting with an individual on an emotional level, acknowledging their feelings, and creating a supportive environment.
Practitioners of empathetic energy healing often use their own empathic abilities to sense and understand the emotions and energy patterns of their clients. By doing so, they aim to provide a compassionate and understanding space for healing to occur. The process may involve various techniques, such as laying on of hands, visualization, or intention setting to channel healing energy and promote balance.

Everything we experience with our five senses, plus our thoughts and feelings becomes our dream landscape. Characters in dreams can play parts of ourselves. I have over 10 years Chan meditation practice under Master Hsing Yun’s monastic order from Fo Guan Shan Temple, a Mahayana Buddhist temple of the Linji Chan School lineage. Besides having a religious based meditation foundation she was also educated under the Emory-Tibet Partnership of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia where she received Cognitively-Based Compassion Training, a secular meditation practice to cultivate compassion.
